Well, as you might be able to tell by my lack of blogging, I've been pretty busy at work. We have all these PSP games coming out and the process to master these games is pretty combersome...which means lots of OT, and lots of tedious mess-ups. Oh well...at least I'm getting paid.
November has had two main highlights. The first being seeing Depeche Mode, not once...but TWICE. I know there are some kids out there who got in for free...but so fucking what...depeche mode is worth the money. They were so great. Especially in San Diego...where I saw them with Becca and we got a Hotel room and just had a great time.
Depeche was so much better than I expected. I had always listened to live CDs and thought that a lot of the songs didn't really translate well live...but I guess you have to be there because I can't remember feeling so moved. I mean granted I have been a fan since about as long as I can remember...but to hear some of those songs live...and to be surrounded by thousands of people all singing along...it was just really really cool...I will be a fan for life.
The second was Thanksgiving at moms house. It was good as usual. I am so glad that I am finally getting along good with both sides of the family. I think that it is like a real blessing that Becca gets on well with Dad AND mom. And I never imagined that I'd ever be as close to Jim as I am now. It's really great. I am so happy when I think about it that I just hope I appreciate it as much as I should...My family has always been important to me...but it's nice to not have to work at it as much as I used to.
Anyway that's about it for now. I'm planning on going to Bunker...so any of my Industrial buddies should head out so they can buy me a drink.
